You'll be amazed at the speed you can become one of the most respected managers in financial services. In fact, at LBS, if you show us you really are a rising star, it will only be around a year before you're managing your own branch. In the meantime, you'll be helping the branch manager to maximise all sales opportunities and run every aspect of the business - providing supervision, training and support to the team.

Ideally CeMap qualified (we'll put you through the qualification if you're not), you'll certainly have a strong track record in the financial services or retail industry and solid sales experience too.
