I have been with Leeds Building Society since July last year.  Having spent a number of years in the financial sector this is my first position working in a building society branch. The support I have received since joining Leeds has really helped me in my role. 

There are many relevant and key courses offered by the training team, and I have found that the quality of both the courses and the trainers to be very impressive.  A lot of effort seems to go into training and development at Leeds, and as part of my own development the Society is sponsoring me to study for the CeMAP qualification, which will help me attain new skills and knowledge to further enhance my role.
