I joined Leeds Building Society at the start of 2008. My fiancée, who was working in the call centre at the time, told me about an opportunity as a Customer Service Advisor in the Mortgage Administration team, part of Mortgage Services. I applied and was successful and, because of the Society’s great Recommend a Friend scheme, my fiancée was eligible for a bonus too.
I really feel part of the team and enjoy coming to work. The internal support and training I have received and continue to receive from my colleagues has been excellent, and within just 7 months I was promoted to Senior CSA. I hope this is just the start of a long and successful career with Leeds Building Society.
